For changes in a job, it could mean adjusting our schedules and possibly our expectations on ourselves. As most of us tend to be harsh with ourselves and worst critic. For example, we can begin practicing self-compassion with ourselves. A changing career or job can take time as we are learning a new role. In new job it is important to remember during these high stress anxiety times to focus back on our own self-care. And checking back to the basics (sleeping , eating, taking breaks…etc). As we are adjusting to this new job or this new role in our careers.

Another common trigger for anxiety can be changes in the family. For example, there is a birth or a death. These changes, although some of them positive can also create anxiety.
